I went to see Carol on a friend’s recommendation having spent ages looking cluelessly in shop windows and on the internet. She was so helpful in discussing all the options with me and showing me examples of diamonds and rings. What sold it to me was the fact that I could design my own unique ring which is special to us only, while also knowing that if the ring I choose wasn't quite right I could bring it back and get it altered no questions asked. The personal touch is what made it so special, and my fiancée was delighted and even went back with her mum to thank Carol.
