Our site is as secure as we can make it. Any transaction will be via Netbanx secure online payment facility which incorporates Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology,

To ensure you process orders securely you need to have SSL switched on in your browser. For Netscape click the Security icon on the tool bar and check the SSL2 & SSL3 boxes. For Internet Explorer from the View menu find Internet Options, click the advanced tab and check the SSL2 & SSL3 boxes. Further security information can be found within your browser. Diamonds & The City does not hold your credit card details on its site. Your credit card details are only kept at Netbanx - a secure online payment company using encrypted information on a secure server. Netbanx will send us automatic clearance.

Shopping Online
We have tried to make our Online Shop easy to navigate. Please follow the process below to buy products online from Diamonds & The City:

- Click on ‘Online Store’ from the main website menu.
- Click the product type that interests you from the menu. E.g. Engagement Rings
- Click on an exact product image you are interested in to access the individual item's product page where you will be given detailed information and the option to buy.
- To see a larger image click on the product image and a new window will open.
- If you wish to buy click on “Buy” and you will be taken to NetBanx secure online payment facility.
- Follow the instructions and enter your payment details on the Netbanx payment page.

If you do not find what you are looking for in the 'Online Store' also visit our bespoke area which showcases examples of our bespoke products or give us a call on (+44) (0)207 520 9225 during office hours.

If you would like you can order over the phone please call (+44) (0)207 520 9225 during office hours and your call will be forwarded to the appropriate person.

Availability
We try to only display products that we currently hold in stock. If we run low on any stock items we will endeavour to replace them as quickly as possible

When out of stock and re-ordering due to the specialist nature of some of our products and the workmanship that is involved in creating them means that lead times will often be longer than is ideal.

Shipping
At present Diamonds & The City can only ship to EU destinations from its Online Store.

Diamonds & the City will require a delivery address where our delivery service can get a signature upon delivery of your shipment.

All shipments are made on a Delivery Duty Paid basis which means that all the shipment and duty costs are included in the amount that you pay at check out.

After you place your order, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received. This does not mean your order has been accepted by us. Once your credit has been approved, the receiving address has been verified, and the item has been located, your order will be accepted, the item shipped and you will receive an email confirming dispatch.

We reserve the right at all times and at our sole discretion to refuse to accept any orders.

Delivery
We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 7-14 days, and will send you an email to confirm that your goods have left.

Prices
Prices in the Online Store are shown as UK VAT inclusive are inclusive of delivery charge. The price shown at check out is the total price. As Diamonds & The City will only ship to EU destinations there are no extra duties to be paid. VAT cannot be reclaimed by customers on deliveries in the EU.

Payment
Your credit/debit card will be charged when you place your order. If it is not denominated in UK Pounds sterling, it will be converted by the credit card company at the exchange rate prevailing when the charge is made. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Switch/Maestro and Delta.

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer, if authorisation is refused we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We reserve the right to delay any order for a security review.

Accuracy of products and product information
We take care to ensure all images, descriptions and prices of products are correct. Although we aim to keep the website as up to date as possible, product descriptions and images and prices may be subject to inaccuracies.

Returns
In the unlikely event that the goods purchased are faulty you can return at anytime within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the goods are not worn.

Please take your parcel to your nearest post office. We recommend that you send returns by recorded post. Always retain proof of postage. Goods are returned to Diamonds & The City at your own expense.

You will receive your refund credit within 3-4 weeks after you post the goods back to us. Please note that refunds bought as presents can only be given to the original payer.

We are unable to exchange products purchased on our website.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights as defined by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling/Regulations 2000 as amended).
